"Sometimes it seems like I must work at getting to the pivotal answers that determine how repairs are done and what causes New estimate/revisions And how much longer my car will stay in this shop for completion. Their craftsmen are talented & thorough. The results are 100% up to industry standards, but it's a little annoying how opaque the process feels to the customer [me] unless I'm willing to ask 3 or 4 questions to hear (useful) justifications and the way that managers operate. Warning, it SEEMS Like the more the customer does interface with the Project/repair manager, the more the job tends to Stretch out their "promised" (estimated) delivery time. I don't mind being seen as a "tough-customer" but the span of work-time seems padded - so that they are not in danger of me saying that it MAY Have taken longer than promised (a C.Y.A. strategy:-) Overall, I am VERY Pleased with the work done on my vehicle"

"I couldn’t be happier with the services provided by Westlake Auto Collision. From the first day I stopped by, without an appointment, I was cordially greeted by the receptionist and then Dana was able to see my car on the spot. During this visit Dana gane me a rough estimate of when the car would be ready but then she followed up with an estimated time for parts and work completion. The day I dropped off my car they arranged a ride for me to go get my rental car. Throughout the repair process, I was kept informed, in a timely manner, of any changes to the repair completion date. To top it off Dana dealt directly with my insurance company so that was one less thing, I had to worry about. The day I picked up my car they had even washed it for me. So, yes, I am extremely satisfied with their services."
