"Someone backed into my parked Tesla Y. Unfortunately, I received initial service from the BMW dealership (long story, not worth telling, but their body shop repair is terrible). Fortunately, after taking about 10 days; the dealership discovered that they did not know how to repair Tesla cars. Then radio silence; I had to hunt down where my car was and discovered it was moved to Sunnyvale (from the dealership). I found out where the car since my car was a Tesla. Found the address; called Joel from ARS and from then on I knew that my car would be returned to me. The shop did an outstanding job on the repair. It was easy to talk to Joel, who I think is the owner of the shop. Got reassuring answers to all my questions. And very quickly my car ready. 2 take home messages; use this body shop! And especially for Teslas and do not every get your car repaired by the Mountain View BMW collision center!!!!"
