"No question about the quick service and complimentary tire top off. But in terms of being truthful about the amount of oil needed for my car, threw me off. Kept telling the receptionist that my Range Rover only needed 9 quarts since it wasn’t my first time to have it oil changed, but he insisted it was 10 quarts which he billed me for. After filling the engine with oil, they had to eventually flush out a significant amount of oil because indeed 10 quarts was excessive. When I came in the cashier to pay, I insisted to only pay for 9 quarts, why pay for an extra quart of oil when my car didnt use it? But he still insisted to bill me for 10 quarts. Really frustrating how this Jiffy Lube branch rip off people. Never going back."
"Paid for premium oil change which includes multiple things like tire refill. I asked to make sure everything was done. I went to Costco afterwards to double check since the tire sign was still on and it was the lowest it’s ever been! They also said many more things were needed and I bought more things, and the job was done so quick, it’s hard to tell if anything else was skipped which I paid for. Huge scam. Also their systems are terrible, would expect better for a big company. I also had similar review as jay below with the coupon failure for their location and pressure and “oh no we can’t load or change anything our system is just like that”"
"I had an amazing experience with my last most recent visit during the month of October. Angel was a very kind mechanic and he gave me great advice! They changed my oil, but I will never forget the customer service I was given here. I really want to thank Angel again and I believe that he needs a promotion! I really hope his team and managers/bosses give him the recognition he deserves and I recommend coming here for jiffy lube needs! Thank you again!"
"Replaced valve cover gasket with the manager Louis here. He promised warranty and quality installation, after he done the job the smoke is still coming from the gasket. He REFUSED warranty and timely repair on my car and simply blowing me off. 1. While he was replacing my gasket, it was rainy heavily outside, my whole engine area was wet and he refused to take my car inside the working bay. Very unprofessional. 2. The engine is missing several important screws, when he disassembled my engine, he put all parts and screws around the engine bay area instead putting them on a container or pan. He can't even install my air intake back correctly, I had to point out several time before he poorly assembled it back. 3. I had oil change here too, they didn't even tight up the oil drain with correct torque causing oil leak. And one of them was getting angry with me because he said my oil filter was too hard to install. Overall, I'm taking this matter to BBB, this is a joke shop!"
"They have all the tools I've been asked by many people, "Why would you go to Jiffy Lube?" I always reply, "because they have all the tools." Of course I could do this work myself, but I don't own the tools, the bay, the filter, the fluids or even a convenient place to do the work. I've been coming to this location for nearly a decade. They've go through various employees and managers, but 8 out of 10 times I have no problems. The trick to having zero problems is to use the provided windows to observe the technicians while they work. If they miss something, let them know. This most recent visit, I got an inquiry as why I was taking photos, and I replied in graciously that I am a Google Local Guide, even showed the tech my profile. I watched as one of the technicians accidentally put Power Steering fluid in the Brake reservoir. So I asked and his supervisor had him flush the reservoir and put in the more brake fluid. Am I glad that I had to watch, no. Am I glad that caught the error, yes. This visit was one of those where there was a problem, but due to my diligence in monitoring, there was no final error. Over all they must be good because they are often faster and less expensive than going to a dealer."
