"I don't recommend this shop, totally none trust ppl, prices high, service poor. I went there , they fixed problems that my car didn't need, the main problem they didn't fix it, they give 2 diagnostic wrong. I think they stolen my parts car, I'm not recommend them, if you go there is under your own risk"
"Moe help fixed my engine shaking problem which is nice. But later on I realized the money they charged me is absurdly high. They charged me 34$ for each single spark plugs and 189$ for spark plug wire. I went to another repair shop and they told me they only charge about 13$ for the best spark plugs on my Miata and about 60$ for spark plugs wire. I would only suggest this shop if you live near it and your car condition doesn’t allow you to go to another."
"Moe and Ali have lovable personalities outside of work, but they are unethical businessmen and have subpar mechanics. They exaggerate how great things are, and minimize how costly, unsatisfactory, or inconvenient things are. They constantly leave out details or fabricate stories when it serves them. If they say that someone is a "friend", they probably just met them or they barely know them (they called me a friend to someone else right after our first conversation). If they tell you to wait for an hour, it will be several hours. If they say, "It is probably just this", it probably isn't. They earn your trust at first, but abuse it later when they see fit. I know for a fact that at least one of their long-time customers doesn't trust them at all. They charge $200/hour, which is unheard of for a normal repair shop. They care about money first, their reputation second, then the customer third. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY."
"I had good experience with this shop. My car was in the non-operating condition when it went in and I was worried about they may charge me a lot. They did a quick and good repair with very reasonable and transparent cost. So I am delighted with the outcome and will use them again/ ==== Well after having a good experience with this place, I repeated . The second time is not a charm, unfortunately. Had brake noise and have them done some service. The second day when I drove I heard funny noises from the wheels and the cars was wobbly when turning. Got down and looked at the wheels, apparently the mechanic forgot to put all the nuts back and tighten them. Called the shop and the owner insisted that it wasn’t their fault and suggested someone may have tried to steal my wheel nuts. I am disappointed that the owner is more interested in escaping responsibility than worrying about my safely. Additionally I noticed that the shop replaced some parts with low quality after market replacement and charged a ton. Not so cool this time."
