Mark explained everything so well and made me feel comfortable. Great customer service and interaction with other customers, I noticed. Sent me quotes quickly as needed via text that you can approve or deny. The shop is clean and they did effcient work in a timely manner. I was in and out in no time and have no issues. Had the intake manifold replaced and a smog check done on my Mercedes C300."

"Wow..superb service this morning! We randomly had an issue driving down 49, so we limped in with our Cayenne. Mark, the service writer (and a normal good human), was very helpful, saying they would scan it and let us know in a couple days. Well, even though their schedule was a few days deep, the owner, Ryan, scanned it right away and solved the issue, cleared the codes and test drove it. We were seriously only there an hour. I wouldn't expect it like this, but it worked out. These are great guys! Thanks and we'll be back...our Cayenne has a needy personality."
