"I'm relatively new to the area though new. I needed some service done on my brakes. Took a shot on River City. It wasn't something simple like pads. No had to be the rotors. Mike has been an absolute savior. I haven't even had the rotors replaced yet. He's just been so kind and .understanding Very easy to work with, especially for someone who's not a mechanic. I'll update my review after the job is done but as far as customer service, he's tops in my book!"

"Maybe the most honest mechanic in the Sacramento Area. I took in my car for routine brake pad replacement. He took my car back, took a look, then came out, handed me my keys and told me to save my money and come back later-my brakes looked good and didn’t need replacement. He was very nice and appreciated him being upfront."

"They fixed my rotors and brake pads and were very quick about it. The gentleman inside is knowledgeable on many cars and is informative on the types of issues different cars have. Side note, It's unfortunate that they have such early hours for people who get off work later in the day. Plus you need to bring a heavy duty jacket to stay warm inside the facility if you wait."
