"Would NOT recommend taking your car here. They did not properly attach my skid plate on my BRAND NEW CAR and it came off and dragged on the FREEWAY. Skid plate was damaged after. After taking the car back they said it came off from hitting something because it was dented, it was dented because it dragged on the freeway!!! Don’t come here if you value your car and want the job done correctly."
"The staff here are excellent. But of course they are under pressure from corporate overlords to upsell every customer every time. The access and location of the service bays makes it difficult for a large vehicle with long turning radius. Vehicles must perform sharp 90 degree turns to enter and exit the facility."
"Usually went to the dealer or Walmart for my oil changes. Both places I had to wait one to two hours. I have been here twice And both times I’m out in less than 15 minutes. The oil change is nearly the same with the coupon, but in my opinion, having to wait somewhere for two hours is not worth saving a few bucks. Staff was professional . Facility was clean. Best part is I get to wait in my car while they do the job not some grimy old waiting room."
"Great service! Showed up and was sitting in my car waiting for my turn, while I’m sitting there Deonte comes out and we begin a friendly chat. He asks me if I have a coupon which I did not. He quickly directs me to search “Valvoline Coupon”, saved me $15. Thank you Deonte, I appreciate you going out of your way to save me money, you didn’t have to do that and I’m grateful. Once it was my turn, entire crew was great, got me out fast, thank you Autumn and Ana, your automotive skills impress me."
"I had my daughter take in her car for an oil change because I didn’t have time to do it. They told her that the car has a severe oil leak. Thank God she is smart enough to call me. The car literally had all the seals replaced appropriately 2 years ago and I had physically check her oil level last week and it was on point. They told me that it was a quart low , which is hard to believe. She parks on my white driveway every day after work and absolutely no evidence of any leak’s whatsoever. Please stop trying to take advantage of young girls that look naive."
