"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the behavior of two individuals, William and Greg, at your store when I attempted to return an item that I had purchased previously. I was informed that they did not have the necessary $200 to process my return, and Greg proceeded to verbally attack me with vulgar and disrespectful language. To make matters worse, when I requested the contact information of a manager, William provided me with the phone number of someone named Mario. Upon speaking with Mario and inquiring if he was the responsible party, he immediately denied it and hung up the phone on me. I find this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As a customer, I should be treated with respect and not subjected to such rude and offensive behavior. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to address this issue."

"The only parts place in east county worth going to. The best commercial staff period. The Manager is incredibly helpful as well. Old school parts stores are mostly a thing of the past but this crew try's to keep that tradition going. If corporate wants to be great they would figure out what this crew is doing and copy it. If I had this good of a staff I would make sure I kept them happy so nobody ever leaves. I would not want to disturb the magic at any cost."

"Discriminatory! I'll start by saying I'm a 75 percent burn survivor and I've never been treated as I was here. I entered and politely wait to be served, I noticed they got the item for the Customers and rang them up. When I got to the counter I was told where the item was then had to find it myself...again I'm visable disabled. No help...I finally found the item and found the Customers service had moved to next customer. I asked if I had to wait in line again to purchase and he ignored me and then said yo wait till he's done with the current person! I waited and asked if I was to wait again in line and he said I did...I got upset asked for his name. Jordan he responded and said he was the acting manager. I asked for corporate number and a card and was only given a company card. I refused to complete my purchase and left....I dont know why I was singled out and discriminated against but not ok or right. I took a picture of him.... Update: On monday; I found out the real manager Chris; was present on saturday when the discrimination happened and allowed his employee to lie and claim he was he manager and didn't step up to rectify the situation as a real manager should. Again not how business is handled. he allowed discriminatory practices.... I called Corporate and am waiting response.... Disability discrimination!"
