She figured out what kinda of battery went in my key fob and installed it for me, explaining the process so I could do my other one myself. Then she selected the correct windshield wipers for my car, installed them and explained the benefits of the ACP Plan, which I purchased. "A Story of Exceptional Customer Service: Derrick I rarely if ever write reviews but my experience working with Derrick at this location was some of the best customer service I have ever received. I came into AAP to purchase a new auxiliary battery for my car. This led to a sequence of events that allowed Derrick to demonstrate his knowledge, expertise, and commitment to not only being an excellent employee but overall person. Derrick not only helped me purchase the parts I needed but when unexpectedly my car didn’t start he went out of his way to assist me in solving my battery issues. Without Derrick I was looking at expensive towing and labor costs to get my car up and running again. THANK YOU DERRICK!!!
