"Hi Veronica! I am overdue in writing my review! I went to Auto Zone on Main Street to replace windshield wipers on my commuter vehicle. Veronica was Amazing! The wipers need to be two different lengths; (longer on the driver-side, shorter on the passenger side). Otherwise, the passenger side of the windshield wiper rubs on the windshield rubber seal and the vehicle, gets a little stuck every-time it swings back center. This wears the wiper blade rubber quicker and requires replacement over and over. There is probably some way to adjust this, I have not taken the time to search. We tried quite a few sizes trying to get the right fit, she installed and removed the wiper over and over - until I settled on what I thought was the best fit. With all the rain we were getting, I appreciate all her help, knowledge, patience and professionalism. Thank you!"

"Personally I have never been to this auto zone but their parts service manger Daniel is amazing. I was in the parking lot of a Walmart struggling in the rain to put my wiper blades on my car and Daniel came up and helped me out off the clock. He deserves a raise and all the appreciation for being helpful as helpful as he is even when he isn’t getting paid."
