Rather than nickel and dime me for investigating the issue, they didn't charge for the time. I can't remember that ever happening elsewhere. If that doesn't tell you about their character, I don't know what will.*** I was told Greg's was a reputable service provider by a couple of friends. Today, I tried them out for the first time. My son's truck had a code pop up, so I emailed Greg's last week for a rough estimate (which was very reasonable compared to other rough quotes). That same day, I set up an appointment for this morning. Mark was very helpful and was able to diagnose, fix, and get the truck back up and running code free the same day - within about $25 of the rough estimate. You know when you can tell that someone at a business cares about your situation and needs? That's the impression I got at Greg's. Amazing customer service.
