The response back was so blunt of simply stating they don’t use customers parts…. I get it, you want to sell your parts and use what you trust. But find some basic customer service. Maybe say it like this. “Thank for contacting us regarding your part install request. Unfortunately here, we do not use part brought in from the outside and only use parts purchased from us. Sorry for the inconvenience. We would love to get you a quote on the parts you need installed if you are interested!” Now doesn’t that sound better then. “We do not use customers' parts.” You won’t be seeing me at this location."
