Home project ride to Bonneville racer...if it has a piston, a crank, a valve, or a cam in it Greg can fix it or make it better! This is not a mass production shop, Greg's place is a one off master-of-trade specialty shop. If you want it right, forget the price (which is never an issue with skilled quality work), give it to Greg and he will get it done. If you need it tomorrow, maybe, but don't count on it, good work is rewarded with excess work and it takes time. But you wont be disappointed. "Greg is fantastic to work with and is truly one of the last of the great machinists left in San Diego. Took my BMW M30b35 head to him for a full refresh + valve job while doing a headgasket, and he knew the ins and outs of the assembly and the tricks needed to do the job right. If you’re in San Diego and need head work done, especially classic BMW heads (M10/20/30/50) go to Greg you won’t be disappointed. He did the disassembly and reassembly and even adjusted valves and torquer everything down to spec as if it was a factory service job. Motor has been reassembled and the car is running like new. Price and quality can not be beat. Be advised, quality work takes some time. Plan for a month or so for the work to be done - can’t rush good work! 5/5 would recommend this business"

"Cylinder Head services is my go to place for anything engine related. Greg, the owner and operator, is top notch with customer service and knowledge. He can answer all your questions, or at a minimum find out and report back. I rebuilt and converted a 4.0 V8 engine to a 4.6 with his help. He took me under his wing and is willing to teach and impart his knowledge to you. All at a reasonable price. He will also clean parts as well.
