"The car was not 100% ready when picked up. It was missing parts, and it had issues both electric and physical. I pointed out the issues and it has been a real struggle to get everything done 100%. I had an appointment, got off work early and when i got to my appointment the told me that they had not ordered the parts. The second time they cancelled my appointment again because the technician did not showed up. The third time they sent someone to pick up my car at my job since I requested, they pick up and drop it off at the end of the day since I already left work 3 times on their wrong doings. I just received a phone call that the car yet again is not ready and wanted to keep the car overnight, but I mentioned I need it the car that same day before my shift ended. I am really disappointed with the service, communication is not good, customer service is not good, and the job itself is not good. The cladding on the bumper had overspray, the bumper is misaligned, and all the electrical failures. I do not recommend the Mission Valley Crash Champions at all 0/10 very unsatisfied. I lost 8 hrs worth of unpaid job, lost gas that was not replaced because of their mistakes. Luckily Insurance paid for most of the job, but I am the one stuck with the bad service and job. Never use Mission Valley Crash Champions $1,000.00 deductible down the drain. I would do 0 stars if it gave me the option."

"Hey there! You can see the before and after photos that I attached below. I am very impressed with this company. I got t-boned by someone driving 20+ miles an hour down an alley in South Park. They did over 4K worth of damage to my car. I was devastated as I just paid it off this past Summer. Driving around my neighborhood is getting more dangerous the more crowded it becomes. Anyhow, he had good insurance and Service King was who they choose for my repairs. I can't say enough good things about their customer service. They kept in touch with me almost daily and provided me with timely updates. You can see for yourself how quality their work is. My baby blue is back to his stellar shiny self. I highly recommend them!"
"They take your money then tell you. Your collision repair parts are on back order but don't keep u updated as to when they will be available. Left the paint runny and dried it like so. Said they will fix it when the collision parts would arrive. The passenger door dents removed but left the door unaligned. It's like the door the bottom was just overloaded with paint it looks so horrible. worst exsperience ever dealing with a accident repair shop.I call to get an update and the girl on phone says she will have the service manager call but he never does. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------"""""customer beware""""--------------------------------------------Service King takes your money but never completes the Job.This company needs to be reported to channel 10 news. i will report them to the BBB."
"AVOID AT ALL COST!! Look at my other reviews of other places, I'm not a person who likes to be negative... but here it is warranted. I only documented my trips. My wife has been back and forth many more times than me. I would rate lower than 1 star if possible. My wife's car was damaged by a glass door that broke on the back of a work truck and showered her car in glass. She needed hood, roof, and drivers side of car repainted and windshield and small windows replaced to fix scratches. We picked up the car on a Saturday after a weeks worth of work had been done. Only to realize 2 hours later the lock on the driver's side door was not installed properly, so we got locked out of car with no way to get back into it. After 2 days of dealing with this (because it was a weekend), we were able to bring the car back (2nd trip) on Monday. At which time they fixed the lock. A couple of days later, we realized that most of the roof and some of the windows still had scratches in them. So, we brought the car back (3rd trip), and after a couple more days, we picked the car back up. The hood still has pits, glass still has scratches, and parts are missing, but at this point, we were tired of dealing with them, so we just moved on.... only to realize last week that the front license plate and license plate holder were not installed. So, now we went up to the shop in person (4th trip) to inquire about the missing plate and mount. We were told it was probably not going to be found (WHO THROWS A LICENSE PLATE AWAY!!) but that we could contact the manager to see if she could help.... ZERO RESPONSE AFTER 2 CALLS AND 2 EMAILS over the last week. Monica, if you see this, could you please answer the phone or email and tell us where our license plate is?? Pictures of hood, pits caused by painting over chipped paint without sanding and smoothing, scratches on glass that were never fixed, and the missing license plate and mount."
