"May I give Caliber Collision 6 stars? Every person I encountered was kind and greeted me with care. The receptionist, Nadia, told me when to expect calls from my service provider. I really appreciated a expectation not only being set, but met and exceeded. Ivan was my service provider and he kept me informed every step of the way. My car was ready sooner than expected. When I picked up my car not only did the work look amazing, but my car looked even better than before it was hit. I have high attention to detail, and Ivan never made me feel silly for wanting my 2016 to look brand new. Ivan showed me how to remove surface-level scratches and which product works best. Ivan is my favorite magician! The day after I picked up my car I was delighted to notice that some front bumper scratches were gone, too! If I ever need service on my car again I know where to go and who to talk to. Thank you, Ivan and team. You all are amazing"

"My car was dropped off Sept 11, 2023 for repair. When it was dropped off the technician gave an estimate of 10-15 days for all repairs to be completed and said he would call to give an update on the vehicle an the repairs that were needed once they removed the parts to inspect it more closely. I never got a call back. Due to my workload at work and having a busy mom schedule I didn’t call back right away either… I figured the work was being completed. My insurance was covering the cost of the repair so no approval request was needed. A week later, once I got a chance to follow up, I called. I had not heard back from the shop since I dropped my vehicle. I was told they hadn’t started the inspection yet but again the technician reassured the work would likely be done within the original time estimate. A week went by and I was expecting to be able to pick up my vehicle. Again, at no point did I get a call from the shop. I called to see if my car was ready for pickup. At that point they told me my car was totaled. I could not believe my car had been at the shop for over two weeks and it was just then that I was told my car was totaled. (The cost of the repairs would be more than the value of the vehicle.) I let my technician Donovan Brathwaite that was unacceptable that my car had been in the shop for two weeks and it’s only now that I’m getting told this. He was apologetic and said the person working my car had left the job and he was left trying to manage a lot of cases. To cut the review shorter, today is 11-Oct and my car is currently still in the shop. The insurance portion had to be processed and that itself was a whole ordeal. I won’t go into details regarding that since the way Caliber handle the situation didn’t change. Not once did they ever call me to provide any update, for every step that needed to be taken, no action was taken until I reached out. I’m baffled how this shop runs their business. I understand things happen that are outside of the control of a shop like an employee quitting. I can give the benefit of the doubt for some of the timeline and case management, however a whole month of not providing updates and dragging out every step is unacceptable."
