"The staff mastered the art of standing with backs to the lobby so they didn't have to interact with customers, or just customer since I was the ONLY customer in the lobby. I had to ask 3 times to get just a few napkins. They were more concerned with goofing around with each other instead of working. The food was mediocre. BK used to be my go to Fast Food restaurant. I don't know if this consistent for all BK's or just this one since it had been years since I ate at a BK. After this, don't think it will be anytime soon for next time."
