"Home Depot has gotten extremely worse on customer service. I was scheduled to get my carpet done. on January 22 took the day off waited from 9 to 12 called Home Depot to make sure they were still coming in the morning. No one for two hours did not answers that phone they just let it ring and when they do answer they kindly hang up on you as if you were disconnected, I told my story To four different people still got no callback from a manager. Nobody when I did write a review, they called me back to tell me my carpet was still being installed that it would be arriving in the morning. I already knew my carpet wasn’t here because the manager from Romanoff in Klamath Falls stated that they would not be coming because my carpet never arrived This carpet was ordered a month prior to my install called Holly from flooring. She said she’d get back to me got nothing. Talk a manager which have no idea what’s going on in that store? Nobody resolved anything for me. I will never never order anything from Home Depot again. I do have to say there was one employee there name Renne Who always goes above and beyond to try to help anybody in any department? Kudos to Renne .who’s ever in charge of Home Depot today? Should really look into how people are treated. The quality of your customer service and resolving issues needs a lot of work"
"I'm a flatbed truck driver. I showed up Saturday morning after I had called receiving friday afternoon to ask if I could get unloaded early on Saturday even though I had a Monday morning appointment. They were able to do it even though they told me they don't normally unload on the weekends. They also allowed me to park behind the building to do my 34-hour restart sense I didn't have the hours to leave. Overall, it was very nice and helpful."
"Make sure to get your cart from outside before going in. Then be ready for nearly no help and clogged isles of online orders or unstocked items. If you ask where something is you'll have to wait for them to look it up on the app. After that check yourself out or wait for the senior citizen or teenager to ring you up and try to sign you up for a credit card."
"I usually Walk all over home Depot and never get the help I need. But this time when we went shopping for a smaller refrigerator, we found what we were looking for with kind help and good customer service and were in and out in about 45 minutes. So thank you Home Depot!"
"Manager (Eric) had me wait for him at pos over 30 minutes to give me a veteran's discount. Then rudely called pos and said no on discount. Be respectful of your veterans eric."
