Aztec Grill is a unique institution located at 2806 Broadway Street in Eureka, California. This convenience store, food, restaurant, and store all rolled into one was founded by Peter Van Alyea in 1995. His vision was to provide fresh Mexican food cooked by trained professionals inside one of his gas stations, catering to on-the-go customers looking for delicious and convenient dining options.
Today, there are 16 Aztec Grill locations offering a variety of Mexican classics such as Carne Asada, Carnitas, Chile Relleno, Burritos, Tacos, and Enchiladas. All dishes are made fresh daily using real ingredients, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for all customers.

"Great Street tacos! Nothing special about the atmosphere since you're eating inside a gas station. It's very clean though. Asked if the refried beans were homemade and was told they were go I thought I'd try them. Was very disappointed. They virtually had no flavor. Maybe it was just today. Give this place a try."
"Stopped because of all the great reviews, but they were either really off their game or people don't know what a good taco / burrito is. Beef was completely flavorless, only 1 tortilla on the tacos so everything fell out the minute I picked it up. On the positive side they were really fast making the bland food, and they were really friendly."
