"Service rep quoted $1300 for the parts and labor needed and a part was being ordered but would have the part Monday and car would be ready that same day. When I explained I didn’t have that much available at the time was referred to their financing option Sunbit. Found out that Monday from a different service rep that they don’t get parts delivered Mondays and I should not have been told that. Be VERY wary of that Sunbit! I was approved for $950, my total cost ended up only being $1215, but total due at that time was more than expected, ZERO loan breakdown regarding cost/loan discrepancy, the initial service rep tells me “that’s a down payment”, again NOT explained ANYWHERE. Will delay picking up my car 2 days so I can pay all fees without a loan. They are recommending additional $1700!of work but I’ll take my car elsewhere"

I recently came in with a car I’d just purchased elsewhere (moved to the area) that had quite a few things wrong and the team here fixed it up, coordinated with the other dealership to make it seamless for me, and provided text updates/a video explanation of what was done. They’re the best and we’ll now be coming here for service on both cars in the future:)"
"I called to get a price for a tire alignment on a 2013 Passat and the representative said $647. I asked if she knew what a tire alignment was and she assured me she did but then said she’d double check. A moment later she said it would actually be $235, because my car had less features than she thought. I wanted to laugh. I paid about $140 three years ago. I called another dealer who priced it at $155. Not a big deal, I just hope they aren’t charging unwitting customers who do not know better that kind of money for a simple alignment."
"Horrible Service experience. I brought my car for a repair. One of my floor mat's anchors was broken (safety concern) and they received the parts after waiting for them for a long time. I got the called Monday that my parts were in and I scheduled to bring in the car for Thursday morning. I drove about an hour and 30 minutes to the dealer due to traffic. I dropped my car at 8am and walked to the nearest restaurant to eat breakfast while I waited for the car. I was told it was going to take about 6 hours to perform the repair. 2 hours later I received a call from my service advisor informing me they had lost the parts and needed to order the parts again. I'm very upset and disappointed. I waited a very long time to get this parts. The service advisor checked the day prior and the parts were there. I took a day off from work to bring my car in and someone looses them the parts?. The worst part is that no one apologized to me or even tried to make things right. If I was the service manager, I would personally talk to the customer and /or call around to find the parts. I would overnight the parts and apologized to the customer. They gave me my car keys and said " we will call you when we receive the parts". I lost 1 day wages and 5 hours total (driving to and from and waiting). I give very good reviews when they do a good job but this time I can't give them a good review. Now I'm stuck waiting without knowing how long it will take for them to receive the parts and and repair my car. I hope this doesn't happen to someone else."
