"I had to bring my vehicle in due to a safety recall (turns out my vehicle actually had 3. Oops!). I set my expectations low due to the horror stories I'd heard from friends at other dealerships. And oh how my expectations were proven wrong! My service advisor was Anthony who provided the platinum standard for customer service and made sure that all my questions were answered. Not only was I able to be checked in early, but my car was serviced quickly and they even threw in a complimentary car wash! I highly recommend."

"Avoid this Honda service department at all costs. They are embarrassingly unresponsive and unhelpful and the biggest waste of time. I have been trying to get my driver side window fixed (needing new glass and regulator replacement due to a bad fix job from a previous shop I went to) and it has been three weeks of me trying to get them to call me or email me back the information I need or have them get in touch with my insurance. The last straw was me not hearing back for A WEEK from the service advisor helping me despite calling almost everyday and emailing multiple times and just getting plain radio silence. I finally decided to take my car to another shop for repairs and regret not doing it sooner. If you want to keep your sanity stay away!!"
