"The worst dealership and service advisor I have ever been too. Do not trust service advisor Michael S. he will lie to and give you false information. I’m not sure how he has job still after everything that happened with my situation. Service manager Nichole did nothing to accommodate me. They denied me service and to work on my inoperable car. Forcing me to tow my car out of the dealership with no hope. Mercedes has not done anything to accommodate my troubles. Stay away from this place! They don’t give a damn about customers. You would think as much money we pay to Mercedes-Benz, they would have amazing customer service."
