He gave me a picture and license number of his car so I can track him well and not get lost. The car was very clean. Great value for money for door to door. He even helped me with my suitcases. "What a terrific way to start our Vacation. Francisco picked us up at LAX to take us to San Pedro to our hotel before our cruise. He was so friendly, professional, communicated well for the pick-up, a safe driver and just a nice guy. The car, a Cadillac Escalade, was the perfect size for 5 passengers with cruise luggage. It was immaculately clean, and the bottle of water was a nice touch. Will definitely use this service again if coming to LAX in our travels.
