Steve the owner is very personable and knowledgeable with these European automobiles.I honestly felt like we have been friends for many years, with how friendly and easy-going Steve is. Upon dropping off of the car, I was given a shop tour and the service requirements were explained in detail. The pricing is fair and definitely cheaper than the dealership. I was most impressed with how commutative and relaxed Steve is (never felt like I had to keep my guard up, or prepare to be nickle and dimed)died.
