"I've been using the Midas service for many years for oil changes, tire rations, and new tire installation. They have wonderful customer services and service reminders. I would give 5 stars for the basic services, however, I asked them look into a Check Engine light on my 2017 Wrangler with 50K miles. They ran the diagnostics and replaced a plug and coil for $1,200. The light came on again after 5 days. They asked me to go to dealership to address the issue after taking my $1,200. I would avoid the place for any advanced mechanical issues other than oil changes and tire rotations. The bottom line, they did not have a clue what's causing the check engine but they replaced something and "hoping" it will address the issue. Not too scientific. I ended up at a dealership to address the issue."
"The guys were fantastic. I need my rotors turned for a brake job that I was doing and one other shop that I know for a fact turn rotors, told me that there wasn't enough material on them without even measuring them. These guys got the micrometer out, check them and told me that I had plenty of space to work with. They charged me a reasonable price and had them done within an hour"
