"Did not have a good experience especially with being a new customer. Scheduled an appointment so that hopefully the car would not just sit. Dropped it off on a Thursday and received a call that same day with the initially items identified (obvious visual things). Was told that I would receive an estimate on Friday with the obvious issues. Things were looking promising at this point. On top of the obvious issues, I had a list of other issues that would take some diagnosing. Did not receive any estimates or calls for over a week. Decided to give them a call the next Friday and they did not have any updates for the other items listed. Sent me a quote for the obvious issues, and told me they would not look at the others til I approve the work for those items. I am assuming they were thinking since it was a 20 yr old car I was not willing to put the money needed into it. Well I was willing to but they failed on the customer service side with communication. I was really hoping it would work out with them. Also their price was $500 more than my current mechanic quoted for the obvious issues. I was hoping they could solve the other items that needed diagnosing. On the search again."

"Hidden gem. Found these guys for my BMWs. On top of the service and reasonable price the guys here are really nice. I recently had a mishap with my wedding ring falling in between the car seats and they helped me retrieve it without even charging me. I appreciated it very much. Thank you guys. I will be bringing all our BMWs here. BMW dealerships are a ripoff bring your cars here."

"Super helpful and willing to diagnose my car even though their schedule was full for a couple weeks. The mechanic is BMW certified and the owner is super knowledgeable and will explain everything for you. Their rates aren’t low but with them you get what you pay for."

"Bad experience here. They did an oil change on my 2010 bmw and NEVER told me about my dirty air filter nor a small power steering leak I have nor my rear breaks being worn NOR some random PLIERS that someone left by the serpentine belt. (If these people didn't leave them there, they should've told me). My friend came over and inspected the whole car and saw so many flaws. He pulled out the pliers and we were both so distraught...Mind you he's "24" years of age. Seemed like these Supposed "specialist"only changed my oil and didn't even check ANYTHING ELSE."
