My husband and I went in with what looked to be an issue with the alternator but after he diagnosed the issue we found that it was just a loose wire. He said “I cannot sell you something you do not need”. All he charged us for was labor and sent us on our way. They took it in around 3-4pm and by 9-10am the next day, they called me with a quote and said they could have it done before noon! Amazing!
