"Brought my Ford Explorer here based on good reviews, but my experience was not good. Todd was a complete a-hole to me, for no reason. When I METthem I told them cylinders 2 and 6 were misfiring. Gil asked me why didn't the shop that discovered the misfires fix it. I told him because they wanted to charge a diagnostic on top of the repair. I made an appointment to have the car taken down and diagnosed. They didn't do that. Instead they tried to gather codes. I don't know why, considering there were no codes the day I brought it to them (last Thursday or Friday). Gil asked me if the codes had been cleared. But THEY never saw codes. I TOLD them what the codes were. Then Todd had the audacity to tell me to get my key and go. Absolutely RUDE and nasty. When I initially called he was nasty. That's why I dealt with Gil. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone, especially if you're Black and a woman!"
