"Don't go there if you have an urgent problem. I got a nail in my tyre on way to airport. Told the totally unhelpful woman at reception about my situation and she said I have customers booked in. Explained I had a flight to catch but same answer. Then asked if I wait will it get done in time- her answer I can't tell you when. She really needs to go to charm school. Totaly unsympathetic."

"As usual this store was a disappointment. Tried for even a car battery in past years and always got a mean attitude. I bought tires less than ten thousand miles ago at a now closed pep boys. Went to this one. On the phone was told honoring the warranty shouldn't a problem. Well, I get there and it is a problem. All four tires are separating (delaminating) I need new tires. This store said tough, you bought them at a now closed store so we have no record of your tires. "This happens every day, so what." The flippant attitude was just uncalled for. It is a corporation. How do you not have records? Ans if this happens every day how do you not help your customers?!?! My tires lasted less than ten thousand miles! Your solution is sell me four more?!?!??? 1, your tires were defective. 2, you didn't honor your corporate warranty. Why would I let you hustle me into four new defective tires???? Rather glad I have nothing left on my car now from pep boys. I never have to go back and never have to waste money on useless warranties"
