"One worry I always have with automotive repairs is if you’re getting fleeced or not. You really get a sense that you can truly trust Louie and Steve. I have a more detailed event below as to why I feel that way but long story short, they’re gonna be my go to guys for all repairs or car related questions moving forward. Now the story. I went to the dealership and encountered what most of us probably do. Went in for what I thought was a minor issue, and they come back with a laundry list of other things we’d recommend you get done. The list of “repairs” ended up being well over 5k. I just had all the usual 100k mile maintenance, updates and inspection work done at another shop about 8k miles ago (for almost half that price) so that seemed very odd. I called Louie and asked if I could get his opinion on everything. I swung by shortly after I made the call and as a result he saved me about 5k for the time being.
