"Not sure what has happened with Mercedes-Benz Walnut Creek, but its service department has been great during the past year or so. We have had a string of bad experiences at MB Walnut Creek over the years and switched to Mercedes Pleasanton for a while. This until we got the same, not so great results there and decided to give MB Walnut Creek a new opportunity. Since this decision in early 2023 we have had five different occasions in which we have needed help on our three Mercedeses. Each of those visits have been great. Things get resolved in a timely fashion. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. All around great service. Keep up with the excellent work!"
