"If I could give them no starts I would. Came in for a simple oil change. They left my truck open with the back windows down in the parking lot. I have work equipment and my bag in the back seat. Also, left greasy hand and finger prints on my steering wheel, door panel, and paint. This is a hack shop and the front desk person didn’t even act like he cared when I brought it to his attention. No one seems to take pride in their work anymore. I wouldn’t bring my vehicle here for service. Imagine how they treat the things you can’t see."
"Honest, no-nonsense service with a really helpful online pre-ordering and option selection feature. I informed the mechanic that the dealer recommended the rear brake pads be replaced, but the mechanic recommended they *not* be replaced because they were still adequate and would be for some time. That’s something you don’t hear very often!"
"I have always used Wheelworks, over 30 years now, and it is because you keep your promises, and give good value. You look out for your customers, and I appreciate the care with which you train your employees, both in customer service and in the safety and technical aspects of the work. Devin was cheerful, wanted to help, and clearly explained the situation and the solution. He remembered me when I came the next day. I do think this location needs at least one more person handling the front desk, now that the Concord location has closed."
"The staffs are very friendly. Just the work, I had them replace my tires and also done wheel alignment with them. But now I have to go back because my steering is off. And several warning light went off my dashboard. As follow. Lane keep assist system.Collision mitigation braking system.Road departure mitigation system.Auto High beam. Also of these warning went off simultaneously. The guys are not capable of reseting the computer. And was told by one of their member that i have to spent mmoney to go to honda to fix thos issue. not very happy with this. Update. Although after a few alignments, ( done somewhere else at a firestone) the dash lights went away on their own. But my steering still ain't straight."
"Made an appointment and tire did not arrive as manger promised and he did not bother to call me so I can save myself a trip!!! After talking with him he started to make up stories, unbelievable !!! So I took my business down the street to BIG O TIRE and they did a fantastic job."
