"Co-owner Hector is good at body shop work and electronics. He was patient and taught me what needs to be done to fix my car. He made some manual adjustments to my lift gate, hinges and latch so that I don't have to spent thousands of dollars replacing it !! (in contrast, at Fremont's "Everything body shop" (where they bragged that they are rated #1) the owner wanted $10,000 to cut and replace back of my minivan. At another Sunnyvale shop owned by an Indian - he would not take my tough case. ) I complained about vibration in my 2011 Sienna on startup from cold. He explained that it happens to all Siennas but only in the morning. I complained about vibration on my brakes. He explained that siennas has this problem with their front right wheel - replacing rotors and everything does not remove the vibration."
