Several times when I'm out of SF and get a quote, I'll wait until I get back to Show Place and always Terry under quotes the repair and adds a needed service still far below his competitors appraisal. They are fast, knowledgeable, fair, considerate, and just all around great people. Last time I brought it in they probably spent 2-3 hours diagnosing a small issue I wanted to get fixed. Found a small leak sealed it and refused to charge me for labor! I literally tried to insist because I expected a decent bill for the time put in but they just smiled and told if I had any issues to bring it back. It’s not the first time this has happened either.
