"While the initial booking of the service appointment was not so smooth, once I came in to drop off the car things progressed in the manner I expected. There were some delays during the day in comms, however these guys use if technology to update the customer in detail was excellent I really appreciate the video updates and then the ability to select recommendations for repairs needed. This was done seamlessly and Fortune provided great customer care. When I came to pick up my car, Sam was courteous and professional in explaining my questions on the billing, which I was able to preview. All Was good and very happy with my overall experience with the Weatherford team."
