"I was excited to have my car serviced at this location because of the positive reviews and ability to book an appointment online. An appointment is pointless though if the time is not respected. My car was not brought back for 2.5-3 hours and I left the location 3.5 hours after my appointment time after just getting my tires rotated. The price was great but paying 3 hours to get that price provided too high of an opportunity cost. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend this to anyone who doesn't have the time to sit around or go somewhere else while they wait."
