"Car wouldn’t start and Patti’s team quickly assessed possible problem but instead of charging me right away, did due diligence and looked at other options — discovering I had an outstanding recall on a part from the car manufacturer. They suggested I try replacing the part under warranty first — i agreed and they didn’t charge me, sent me on my way. I got the recalled part fixed (unfortunately didn’t solve the problem), but their honesty and professionalism made me come back willingly. Car is now fixed, timely and at a fair price and they now have a loyal customer."
