"Quote for a job, went in and gave over the key, owner was like rushing, park the car on sidewalk, there was a garden barrier with metal bracket, he hit that and the corner is super sharp, not sure if it ding the bumper, I don't really care but for that kind of service it's not acceptable when they didn't take good care of customer's car, let along letting them work on my engine, no thanks, story continues, shortly after when I was moving on with my errands, they gave me a call when I was in the middle of something, told me that the job couldn't be done due to the difficulty and quoted me again for double the price, I told them to hold and I had to cancel my task and go back to pick up my car, I was pissed, should them had quoted me the doubled price, I'm ok, at least I can consider it, but when someone came in and you changed the price, that was people's time. I went back to get the car, remembered there was a shop nearby that I talked to before and they sound very friendly, call them up and quoted me what this shop quoted me the first time, viola, job done, so what's sup with this shop? Avoid them at all cost. Second story, my sis-in-law brought in a car for a light on the dashboard, they could fix it either, I don't know the details, but I'm skeptical on this shop more after this incident."
