"I thought I'd come down to this area to do some thrifting for more quality items (considering the area these thrift stores are in). I can tell that the buyers don't really venture out to Ross/Marshalls cause that's what they have marked up for higher the price than what they're sold for there. You're better off going to either one of those than here. I miss when B.E. was more funky pieces than what department stores already sell."
"I waited 2 hours, which could have been done in 20 minutes, but staff like to talk a lot. The buyer only liked an old pair of dickies short I had brought out of a box of blue jeans that I brought in. Ironically, it was the only thing I thought they wouldn’t take. If you value your time, I would avoid going here to sell stuff."
"Terrible. Brought all good winter items for the winter season from Diesel, Rag & Bone Givenchy and they rejected all the items after waiting on line for over an hour. The two girls behind the counter don’t know about quality or brands obviously. Don’t waste your time here. Go to a location that people know about brands and style."
"I sold at closing and was told to put my bag up at the front, when they ushered me out at closing the bag full of personal belongings that was not sold was left behind. I called the next day and the entire bag of my stuff, $100’s of dollars worth, was donated without a chance to come get it, without a phone call and none of the managers told me about any sort of policy. Nothing could be done about it according to management, not even a small token of a coupon or gift card or anything…. As someone who’s worked for this company, I’m am beyond disappointed and horrified that they handled this so poorly."
"The terrible attitude towards people is complete disrespect. waiting in line for more than an hour where there is not enough space and people are huddled together and buyers can't walk quietly because people are sitting who want to sell goods,. Then after so much waiting time they say that sellers must have documents with them to sell things. I don't recommend this disgusting experience of selling things for a penny and wasting so much time to anyone."
