"I try use a coupon for my break I work Cross Street but owners decide no to accept coupons from Robinson Helicopter Company. He want us to pay full price . Coupon don't specify no valid for RHC..... I'll take my business somewhere else"

"This was a disappointment, we eat El Pollo Loco occasionally but this was terrible! Food was dry and not fresh at all. It was after 8:00 pm and it was like they were trying to avoid cooking fresh food by selling old stuff. Nothing was good. Don't eat here late!"

"Be aware, at this location they charge you for all the condiments. Salsa .50c, chips 1.00, bean broth only, no beans they charge as a side order $4 or $5. After they charge you extra, they don't put it in the bag. They don't care about orders, there is always something missing or wrong. Fat boy really rude and careless. Each employee charges you a different price. At all other locations condiments are free with the food. Higher prices every time. There is no price control here, they charge you what each employee wants. Out of menu items often. New employees every time, they don't last. I'm wondering why. Supposed to be open until midnight, but they close when they want. Used to be a really good location."

"I have to say El Pollo Loco was great 20 years ago and they are still great. Everything is fresh and satisfying. They always have more than enough staff to get you in and out, while giving you fresh food. The process are great, especially with all of the extras and sides that they include. Their fresh salsa and guacamole dips are the best."

"Undercooked, pink chicken. Be careful. Couldn’t eat any of my food, this was just some of it. Unfortunately, every time I’ve been to this location something has been wrong with the order, things missing, or incorrect items. Doesn’t matter if I pick it up or get it delivered, there’s always an issue. Only leaving this review in hopes management can make it better somehow."
