"Rudest, most unprofessional staff at a food establishment. I walked in 30 min before closing time and EVERY employee looked at me like I had leprosy. I couldn't understand why all the employees were looking at me in such an inhumane way and then they finally revealed the reason: They were "out of chicken", the MAIN thing Popeyes sells and they were too lazy to make more because, as they whined, "we're closing soon". This was despicable behavior and every employee here should be fired! This location needs an entire new staff because NONE of those employees were professional or worth paying since they weren't willing to do the jobs they're hired to do: make/serve chicken and maintain a BASIC level of decency and professionalism. Popeyes should be ashamed of hiring people like this!"
"I had a disappointing experience at Popeyes Chicken recently, and I must give them a two-star rating. I placed an order and immediately requested the manager if they could replace the Crispy Sandwich with the Blackened one. Unfortunately, my request was ignored, and they served me the Crispy Sandwich as ordered. It was frustrating to not have my simple request accommodated, which left me with a less than satisfactory dining experience."
"I asked for breast and drumstick, Had to repeat that. Cashier also repeated that. I ended up with a thigh and a wing. Usually get good service, but they're not paying attention to the customer."
"Ooh my. These wings were delicious. The service was amazing. The young lady took the time with me to explain the different types of sauces. The biscuit with honey I can still taste. The red beans and rice reminded me of a restaurant in New Orleans. Plenty of parking. My fries, which I love the most, were warm and not hot like I prefer. All n all, I tried it and would return if I'm in that area. A plus on cleanliness."
