"They would not let me return a very pricey pair of swim goggles that leaked and left deep marks under my eyes when I swam. They would not let me even have store credit and I have been a loyal customer to this Davis Big 5 over the years. I definitely will be buying my swim excesseries elsewhere from here on in. There is no desire from this store to serve the customer. The current manager is rude and dismissive."
"Helpful staff, tons of inventory and great location with plenty of parking...and let's not forget the best part of a Big 5 visit...the nostalgia that wafts directly into your nose when entering. I wish the Big 5 signature smell, you know the one, was available in the form of a scented candle. Mmm"
"Won't be back if I can help it. Staff acted like they had better things to do than to help me find what I needed. Cashier acted like she didn't want my business. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor by letting me shop there. I'll probably just drive to the Woodland or Sacramento stores rather than go there. This time happened to be an emergency, so I had no choice but to spend my money at this particular store."

They have a wide variety of stuff which has made my life super easy when picking up a new sport to try. Also, they sell shoes and sandals that are good quality and will last a while.
