"We have been using Target's 5-Star app and delivery to your car, in their specially designated car park, since the early days of Covid. It is the best, most convenient service to come out of Covid. We're very happy they have retained this service. It is the ideal way for those of us with disabilities to shop at Target, without going into the store."
"I hate shopping at target. Unfortunately people order instacart orders from here because they enjoy overpaying for merchandise. I went to shelf checkout but was told I had to many items. So then I was forced to wait for incompetent cashier to struggle scanning barcodes clearly to stoned to operate a register. Horrible experience, every single time. Lastly why are half the employees on their phones? Cart guy hanging out with carts, on phone. Stocker, on phone. Crying for fair wages as lazy employees should result in dismissal."
"A real hit or miss. They’ve definitely done a lot to make the store cleaner and more organized. However, they’ve recently removed the separate counter for picking up web orders. Now there is a single desk for returns and order pick up, which is ridiculous. Today I got behind several people to make a quick return. It took 30 minutes because there was only one person at the counter, and she kept having to runoff to find web orders On the other hand, I have found curbside pick up to be fast and efficient. It got me through the pandemic and continues to be pretty efficient."
"Shopping experiences are often great here. I haven't had many issues finding items in stock at this store, though there has been a few times where the Target app said something was in-stock and store was actually out-of-stock. In-store pickup process could use some tuning as associates are sometimes hard to locate during non-peak hours and there's no bell to ring or way to signal to the unattended register that a customer is waiting. Store renovation in 2022 brought in an Ulta shop, which is great for those beauty lovers."
"Target is a great go to shop. I regularly go here for dog food and treats and fill the trolley with other items. However I would recommend buying 10 items or less as they are restricting self checkout to 10 items and only had 1 friendly, hard working checkout open to serve the fast growing trolley line. The supervisor on duty, busy in the back, wasn't interested in my observation or feedback either. As much as I want to support my local store i may frequent the Woodland store if this new rule continues. Who wants to finish their shopping experience standing in a long line?!"
