"Every Associate I’ve encountered at this location acts like they do not want to work, don’t even bother asking questions you get blank stairs, like how dare I even ask for customer service! They are rude and need to be retrained, and simply be nice! Instead you get a rude face and stair downs. You don’t need to smile or ask me how I’m doing, but when I’m trying to buy shoes at least don’t act like you don’t want to even sell anything! what’s the point of you even standing around doing nothing with a sour face. Might as well have self checkouts and or a robot to do price checks and or sell merchandise!"
