"My wife had an online order here for pickup for hello kitty item that was in high demand. Because we were out of town, we had called the store and an employee by the name of Marie said she asked her mgr n had said we could pick it up a day after the last day on the order email and they would hold it. We get to the store after landing at Ontario airport to find out they dont have her order anymore and she checks her email and did get a order cancellation email. Very rude and disappointing to say they would hold it. Someone therr prob snagged it for themselves. Such a waste of time going here if they cant keep their word and mislead us. Train your managers better!"
"This store quality has gone down the dressing rooms are ridiculously dirty it’s not acceptable to think it’s ok for a customer to try on new clothes in this environment I went into two dressing rooms and each one was dusty and musty as hell the walls had all kind of stains and the bench!!! For you to sit on come on now there is no way this store is being cleaned everyday. Please do better so customers are comfortable shopping here."
"Attrocious .the wonderland of cheap low quality overpriced polyester. You d be lucky if the clothes last more than 2 wash . Grossly overpriced some 80 120$ this is mind blowing . Since when forever 21 cost more than zara ? most ugly fast fashion i ve seen. The people who design those thing clearly never thought they need to be worn.... walked in had a good laugh walked out . Absolutely ridiculous ... complete mess very disorganized . Its fast fashion at a high price tag , you can buy the sane low quality stuff on shien and wish for a couple dollars shipped to your house . Not sure how forever 21 stay open . Prices goes up quality goes down and the clothes arent wearable unless you are a kid or teen . There is nothing decent ."
"Has some great low prices on clothes, but the store can be really messy. It feels like it is always Black Friday because random pieces of clothing can be found around the floor or in incorrect sections. The place isnt really organized and the men's section is miniscule."
