"I went to the store and I asked an employee a simple question and I asked him if they have a certain item in the store. I tried to show him a picture and he didn’t even look at it. He was rude and said no. The employees didn’t even bother to help and just standing around. Worst customer service. I have seen better."

She is the sweetest and kindest person who has attended me before, she was very patient with me before choosing the pair of shoes that I wanted and she also gave me her opinion on which would be the most comfortable for me. Despite the fact that I arrived almost at the closing time of the store and she was alone serving, she took her time to properly do her job. congratulations to this store and its work team, I will definitely come back and recommend this store."

"Went in to buy shoes and had a horrendous experience at this location. I asked employee Valerie for a size of shoes. Didn't like the fit so I requested for the next size up. I had one shoe on because I wanted to compare it with the other size. She rudely took the box and asked for the shoe in return. I told I wanted to compare it. She gave me the rudest look and threw the shoe box on the floor. I instantly said don't bother and you just lost a sale. Employees should not be treated disrespectful. We are there to have a great experience and buy shoes. Sadly, I won't be returning nor recommend family and friends to shop at this location. Hopefully Valerie has learned that people are treated with respect and she is there to work for costumers. And if she doesn't like working with costumer service she shouldn't be there."
