"I wanted to give a shoutout to the team that assisted me during my recent visit to the South Coast Plaza location. Alexis (store manager) is absolutely wonderful. I needed help with finding a good pair and she provided her thoughts and suggestions, made herself available whenever I needed help, and is just a genuinely kind caring person. I can tell her management style really set the tone of this location - really understanding and patient, passionate about helping others, organized, and a great leader to an awesome team I got to interact with. Val and Tiffany both assisted me with sizing, product questions, and getting me two of the pairs that I ended up with after a while of trying on different styles and sizes. Leilani greeted me throughout my time there and made sure to check in whenever I needed advice. Finally, Dani helped ring me up and was super helpful letting me know the proper cleaning techniques and didn't hesitate to give me a tutorial on the pairs that I bought. I had a wonderful experience here and loved the vibe from this team, this store. Grateful for them and looking forward to coming back again!"

"My family and I were standing at the front of this store looking at the different styles on the display. I look up and there are 4 employees standing behind the counter talking to each other and just looking at us. We walked into the store and looked at more styles and no one came up to offer any type of assistance. The only employee that was on the floor was assisting another customer. All the other employees just stood there staring at us. One employee finally offered some assistance but that was because we were looking at some socks that were right in front of him. Being located in such a high end mall, one would except some basic customer service from the employees there. Vans has failed in training their employees."

"Van's. What can't you say about this establishment, I have been wearing Van's shoes (literally) my whole life. Going all the way back to 1980 when I was 5 years old, ever since then I've received them as birthday gifts, Christmas gifts, and just buying them on my own. The last pair was a Steve Caballero's Edition those lasted me a very long time. My new pair in these photos here are the new, Ortholite Edition these have extra support especially on your heals, their extremely lite and fit like a glove. Thanks again Van's for a nice and comfortable pair of shoes."
