"I needed a pair of shoes for a friend on a rush basis. I called Victoria and she was so incredibly helpful. She walked me through the ordering process and promised to have the shoes the very next day! Sure enough, we drove to the store the next day and met Victoria. As promised, the shoes were there and were perfect! Victoria was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We would up buying many other items. This store is bomb! "I have wide feet. Not super wide but wide enough to need to wear wide width if I can’t fit into a regular size. My complaint is the shoes I purchased were not wide even though the shoebox identified them as such. Maybe a roomy toe area is considered to be wide instead of actual width of the shoe. The shoes appeared to have a lot of toe wiggle space or head room but I’m not certain of that because I couldn’t even get my toes in the shoe so the width wasn’t a wide width but regular width with benefit of extra space for the comfort of the toes which is always a good thing. Measurement of shoes should always include the inches for the width and not just for the length and heel height. I ordered the shoes online. I wasn’t aware there was an actual store here in California that I could’ve personally gone to otherwise I’d of gone there to shop and try on the shoes for free instead of paying the $22 shipping fee. I thought the shoes were coming from overseas!! Next time I’ll do my homework and do all the necessary research before I put out any money."
