"Don't go I went here and the white guy was following me around and then he open up the ladder and pretended to be doing something acting like I was stealing and when I left he said that he saw me put the shirts that I stole from denim express (another store) on his shelf and I gave him my bag and I said he look at my receipt from denim and he said no and he clear as day said I saw you do it and I walked away and he kept mumbling something about security so I went back and he said that next time he is gonna have security deal with it. So don't go here unless u wanna be treated like a criminal if u walk in with a bag from another store."

"They have a lot of amazing one of kind items there that you night not find there the staff there wasn't extremely friendly but there wasn't anything extremely negative about them either. Pricing is a little bit more than I would like to pay but you might find that one item there you didn't know you wanted and paying a little extra isn't a big deal"

"The worst customer service ever. I had to return a sweater that was not on the receipt. The manager told me to take it back to the original store because he couldn’t help me. I asked him what were they going to do differently than him. He said he doesn’t know. He told me he can give me store credit then later changed his mind. I read the back of the receipt which states that I can return it for store credit. He said he refused my return. It was only after I ask for his name so I can make a complaint to corporate that he accepted my return. He gave me store credit but refused to give me a receipt. I will never shop here again! I still don’t know his name but he was African American."

"Worst customer service that I have ever experienced.. I went in with my girlfriend to return 3 t-shirts that received as a gift for Xmas. All she wanted was a merchandise credit card so she could give it to her little brother for his bday since she doesn’t shop there at all.. this African American fellow went on with arguing with her for a good 10-15min refusing the return for absolutely no reason. He even read us the back of the receipt stating that we were able to receive store credit but still refused. Worst experience and big waste of time! I advise no body to come here if you would like great customer service because you will not receive it here!"
