"Customer service was nice. Other than that, I brought only the type of items they had listed on what they were in search of. My stuff was barely used and some brand new with tags. I brought good brands too. They passed on ALL my items and even had to text someone to see if my items were worth buying.The items I brought looked in better quality than what they had on sale. Also, when you try items on they ask you to put your bag in a bin, which I didn't mind, but I know would disappoint others. Don't waste your time going here. They don't buy anything and the quality of what they do have and buy is not good. I'd rather go buy a goodwill to buy stuff."
"This place has gone down hill since new management. Said they would call me back in 30 mins (after receiving my bag of clothes to sell). They never called me back. When I came to check on the clothes 3 hours later myself, they told me they looked through my clothes and said there was nothing they could sell. The bag was not even opened and looked through. Please go to another location to sell. Additionally, the new management does not do a good job buying clothes either. There are no good finds here anymore."
"Weird experience here yesterday. I had a simple question of if I could get a discount on a ripped pair of pants. The other employee not the guy checking me out said to her employee “No we don’t do that” as soon as I had asked my question, not speaking to me but to the guy checking me out , he mentioned that there was a rip and that he’s seen the manager discount damaged items like this she had interrupted without acknowledging or knowing there was a rip and she told him that the manager hardly gives discounts the young man said he could text his manager but it might take a few minutes, meanwhile the girl employee is still talking to the employee checking me out saying the manager never does discounts even if somethings damaged saying “only if the customer is like harassing us” after five minutes i asked if he could call and he said he can’t just call his manager. There should be a supervisor or lead that could solve this answer, if it was the girl it probably would’ve been no. This girl never spoke to me once directly but to her employee about how it would be evidently impossible to get ripped pants discounted, she was seemingly annoyed by my simple question and made me feel very uncomfortable. Two stars bc the guy was nice even though he was scared or not allowed to contact a manager. I wanted the pants but the whole scenario made me want to just leave by how uncomfortable I was. I don’t want to return to this location after this incident, and I’ll let my friends and family know the same."
"Worst place ever. Came to their designer bags event and they let resellers buy all the purses and wallets. I was only able to buy two bags. That’s very unfair they let people take lots of items and the rest get nothing. They should set a limit of 10 or 12 items per person or family. Resellers are a real headache and they were a family of 3 people. Same with their Disney event I was only able to buy 2 or 3 items. Management is very disorganized."
"I really enjoyed this location in H.B. which has only been open since May 2017. They have a clean, organized store and the team member who assisted me was friendly and processed my items I was selling quickly. In comparison to the Santa Ana store (different owner) it has adopted a tech friendly system including a rewards program that gives a point for each dollar spent as a customer and a point for evey dollar they buy your items for! Happily returning soon."
