"Man what happened to MACYS??? Not only is there customer unavailable, but so is any employee's. When u happen to find one (In Jeans and a stained white t-shirt) they are rude and unhelpful. The store itself is dirty ans in shambles with merchandise everywhere. I have such awesome childhood memories from Macy's its a shame I can't pass those on to my kids....."

"Just make the trip down to south coast plaza. Customer service was extremely rude. The store always looks chaotic and dirty, all their merchandise is messed up, broken, or missing parts just an all around unpleasant shopping experience."

"I shopped Macy's clearance section some months ago and loved it. Why? Because I was able to find few nice male cardigans for my son, who lives and works abroad and has had tough time to find his size cardigans. Anyway, I found 3 at Macy's Westminster at very reasonable price after I applied for a Macys card for immediate 20% off. Both I and my son are quite pleased with the bargain."

"This employee was extremely rude and not helpful to his job. He genuinely has impaired hearing and when he finally turned around he had attitude for no reason when we are asking him to do his job. Macy’s do better and find someone who can do their only job which is help and reply to customers when being asked."

"What a mess! This Macy's location used to be so well kept, organized and a pleasure to shop at. Now, most of my shopping experience is stressed, lost & delayed due to the chaotic lack of housekeeping. It has been hard to find what I need lately. Clothes all over the place. On the floor, in the wrong areas, piled messily here and there. The only reason why I did not give only a 1-star rating is thanks to Susie. She is new and was the only associate on the floor that was busily picking up the mess that un-mannered customers left all over the place. As busy as she was trying to bring back organization out of the chaos, she took the time to assist me with my questions. And she did so with a genuine smile and genuine care. She is definitely a keeper and totally deserves a raise! Macy's Execs who may be reading this, please promote Suzie as well as bring back the Macy's pride so that people will want to shop with you again. Right now, it just looks like I am shopping at a Ross (and even some of their stores are better kept than this one)."
